The Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie fulfills an essential and primary purpose:

to promote and develop the art and expertise of technical and precious Fine Watchmaking around the world through its creations, inventions and expertise.

It has set itself 4 objectives:

1. Inform all those with an interest in watches
2. Inspire vocations and arouse interest in watchmaking
3. Affirm its role as a Think Tank for the Fine Watch industry
4. Train Fine Watchmaking professionals
