Your Baume & Mercier watch is guaranteed free from all manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions mentioned in the User Guide.

In order to benefit from this guarantee, you will be required to present the Baume & Mercier International Guarantee (or Limited Warranty) certificate duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer. Please keep this certificate in a safe place. 

Repair guarantee

All interventions on your watch carried out by an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer or After-Sales Service Center benefit from a 12-month guarantee following the date of the intervention and valid only at the entity where the work was carried out. This guarantee only covers the cost of labour and spare parts used for the intervention. The repair guarantee is separate from the Baume & Mercier International Guarantee (or Limited Warranty), which was delivered at the time of purchase.

The repair guarantee does not cover problems resulting from accidental or willful damage, misuse (shock, crushing, humidity in the case of non water-resistant watches, etc) and alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer or After-Sales Service Center.
