Regularly trained by the brand, they provide an irreproachable quality of service by using tools specifically developed to repair Baume & Mercier watches and replacing used components with original components. Moreover, numerous tests are carried out using modern and reliable control methods.
Any operation that has not been carried out by an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer or After-Sales Service Center is excluded from any Baume & Mercier guarantee coverage. This also applies to the use of spare parts that do not meet the quality standards set by Baume & Mercier.

In addition, please note that all of our retailers, including those which are not authorized to carry out repairs must accept watches received for a service or repair. They are to handle the reception and dispatch of the watch to the appropriate After-Sales Service Center, communication of the estimate and invoicing.
